Your right to withdraw

Consumers generally have fourteen days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. To notify us, send an unambiguous statement to Thomas List, Robert-Koch-Straße 56, 84489 Burghausen, Deutschland, or info@alpinelogic.ai. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, applicable payments are reimbursed without undue delay and within the statutory period using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Where you expressly requested service to begin during the withdrawal period, any lawful proportionate compensation and requirements for the service classification must be assessed under the applicable consumer rules. This notice does not waive your statutory rights.
