Provider and service

Flowra is provided by Thomas List, Robert-Koch-Straße 56, 84489 Burghausen, Deutschland. Contact: info@alpinelogic.ai. Flowra offers general yoga, mobility and bodyweight training guidance with saved sessions and a repeating weekly plan. The service is intended for adults 18 and over.

Movement and health

Flowra is not medical care or a personal suitability assessment. Choose movement within a comfortable range, use stable support, rest as needed, and stop if something hurts. Consult a qualified professional where individual guidance is needed. Generated branding images are decorative.

Free and Premium

Free includes three 10-minute beginner workouts, the exercise library, saved sessions, favorites and basic progress. Premium adds the complete workout library and weekly training plans. Premium costs a total of €9.90 per month.

Trial and renewal

Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day trial with a payment method required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews at €9.90 per month. The binding amount, first charge date and renewal period are displayed before confirming purchase in Stripe Checkout. Returning subscribers do not automatically receive another trial.

Cancellation and withdrawal

You can manage or cancel your membership in the Customer Portal from Settings. Access continues for the confirmed paid/trial period when cancellation is scheduled for its end. Free sessions and saved history remain accessible after Premium ends. Cancellation options and the withdrawal notice are available separately. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Account and content

Keep your sign-in account secure. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, copy protected content outside permitted use, or overload the infrastructure. You can export your data and request account deletion in Settings. Deletion ends access immediately and cancels active subscriptions during cleanup; legally required financial records may remain.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a dependable service. Maintenance, provider outages or network interruptions can affect access. The player reports the last acknowledged save; it does not guarantee offline recovery. Liability required by law, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in place.
